Verry bad experence bin going for years then called to make apoinment n thay said i owed 50.00 for a missed apt. No i call n cancle but they wouldent lissen even though i asked to speek to the doctor the desk refused. I told them my foot real badsuper swolen and in severe pain. They still refused with out the 50.00 whitch i dident have. They could have worked something out. Even payments i still in pain n they dont care. What hapened to doctors oath. It to bad they were good but now dont care. Money more important then patint care. Use some one else

Came in here as a self-pay for an issue with my toenail & for small skin issue on foot a few months back. Price was very fair for an out of pocket trip and they were able to quickly resolve all of my issues on the spot.

I am very disappointed with the office staff Angelica and the Office Manager Lawrence. I scheduled a new patient appointment for my husband and our 26 year old daughter a week ago and gave all their insurance information. They were not referred by anyone I suggested they go to Dr. Luepschen because I had experience with her and my patients as a director of one of the facilities in the past. And I also had a classmate that worked there. Her name precedes her but it's too bad the Office Manager has shown his incompetence today. As my husband has BCBS and was told he has a 500.00 deductible so he'd have to pay for the New Patient visit out of pocket and it will go towards his deductible. You see they failed to know that I AM a State of Florida Licensed Insurance agent actively employed myself and I knew that he only has a 15.00 Co pay for a podiatrist. I spoke with Angelica and asked her if they do not call patients to inform them as I have worked both sides. You see I have/Had over 32 years in the medical industry before retiring in 2014c for FT Global Ministries. I called BCBS and spoke with an agent which clarified what I already knew. I then called Dr. Luepschen's office back and asked to speak to Angelica. I told her I had a BCBS agent on the phone and that my husbands co pay was only 15.00. Earlier when I spoke to Angelica I told her to cancel his appointment as I knew this was incorrect. As she estimated to me earlier it could be 104-160 just for the office visit alone and anything the Doctor did would cost him extra. She then said to me she'd have to speak to her Office Manager. Then the Office Manager Lawrence answered the phone. I informed him that I had an agent on the phone from BCBS and she spoke with him. She again reiterated that my husbands co pay is ONLY 15.00 and that they could not charge based on his deductible and Lawrence said what if he needs something else done, or an xray? The BCBS agent told him that anything done in the office is covered under his 15.00 co pay. She also told him that they cannot charge a patient based on a deductibe only what the co pay states. She said IF he were sent out to have xrays or a procedure that falls under their billing. then Lawrence said Can I speak to the patients wife and she said yes. As we were on the phone at the same time. Lawrence said to me we “WILL NOT BE SEEING YOUR HUSBAND AT THIS OFFICE." MY RECEPTIONIST ANGELICA SAID YOU WERE VERY RUDE TO HER.” Which was a lie. I said no I was not, I am a very stern woman and I told her that was incorrect. I also told him that is fine I made the 2 New Patients appointments for my husband and daughter so i referred them there. He laughed and I said I am in global ministries and very well known and I would never hurt someone. Lawrence laughed again rudely and said you're known globally with a chuckle. I said yes and it is fine that you refuse to allow my husband to be seen by Dr Luepschen. But I will do a google review because she deserves to know the truth. You see I even said to him I apologize if she felt I was rude but I was not. I understand some people can be timid but I am a person of accountability and I hold those which serve our communities to the same level. I pray that Dr Luepschen continues to thrive here in our county and be a continued blessing. I pray that her very rude and arrogant OM Lawrence takes critique and learn from his short comings especially when one is a novice in an area like insurance. Learn from this mistake today Angelica and Lawrence. This encounter has shown me yet again how important it is to surround oneself with competent people. As my husband and myself train global leaders everyday. Even the insurance agent was shocked and asked if I was ok when we ended the call with Lawrence. I said yes I am he was upset because I called him out on his lack of understanding insurance and how one is allowed to charge. I have been told by our admin team to post this on all our social media platforms.

Words could NEVER express how grateful I am for Dr. Leupschen and her WONDERFUL staff. I went today to get a ingrown removal that I had been putting off for far to long. From checking in with Renee (she's the BEST) to checking out was Amazing. My sweet nurse was very calming and reassuring that I would be okay. One of the girls, not even in the room brought me a tissue because I was obviously terrified. Then Dr. Leupschen came in and explained the procedure and calmed my nerves by asking about my life. Totally keeping my mind off of what would happen. She talked the entire time to take my mind off of the procedure, next thing I knew it was over.. From the bottom of my heart, I want to THANK EVERYONE in this office for making my "dramatic" experience AMAZING... Hopefully I dont have to come back, but if I do I know I'm in the BEST hands. Thank you!!!!

At this point I have not seen her but soo far as a new patient I have received a reminder call a day before my appointment and I had asked for what is expected as a copay and no rudeness at all… I will have another review after my appointment! 4/7/2022

Update… staff was pleasant and the Doc was ever so informative and took care of my situation and I am happy to say she had excellent bedside manners and even called me that night by her cell phone to check up on me! Definitely not practiced by any physicians these days! I would recommend her!

Wonderful experience. My husband had his first visit yesterday and does not like to go to doctors. He was completely satisfied. Office staff were so nice and Dr. Luepschen was absolutely amazing. By far one of the nicest doctors we have seen. And to top it off, Dr. Luepshen gave him a personal call 2 hours later to ask how his visit was and if he had any questions. 100% recommended!!!!!! Thank you so much Gentle Foot Care Center Team!

Two stars because, yes they are all very nice but absolutely no help with Mortons neuroma. Paid at least $500 out of pocket and still left in pain. One visit to a podiatrist in Michigan and pain gone!!!
