Dr. Lilia M Beer was my Doctor for over 10 years and she was extraordinary caring and knowledgeable, altruistic, many patients did not even pay that is why her office was always so busy. So dedicated. She had patients calling her in the middle of the night at her home and she would answer. I had her cell phone number once my heart went out of rhytm and she pretty much saved my life by having me call 91. I would have overlooked it as stressed since I had no insurance at the time. Sending blessings to Dr. Beer as she semi-retires.
Please note that the reviews on that site were mostly on the office and not on Dr. Beer.

The office is another querry. We have been looking for responses for three weeks now. I have need of her approval for leg therapy, and a few other needs.

I have called the office and they only have an answering machine so you never get a call back or follow up, or speak to anyone.

I dont know what goes on in the office. It seems like everyone is scattered however, the gal took care of me on the way out.

Also. Dr Beer met me st the door as i went to her office. I left very pleased with my visit.

But, i could NEVER reach her after that.
I will talk to her when i see her about this.

I've had Dr.Beer as my primary care physician for 3 years and haven't even met her. All this time I've been seeing nurse practitioners not w out any clue that they weren't my actual doctor. On top of that the nurse practioners do not refer you to any one they expect you to find specialist on your own and they act as if re filling medication is a crime. There is a male doctor w an accent whom I got in a debate about refilling a prescription that I haven't had in months. It's like you have to tell them what to do! The receptionist are very rude and always have fatty foods at their desk it seems as if their only life saving skills are just to eat and place calls on hold. That place is a complete joke. Please do not waste your time , and do some research on different doctors. These people just waste your time and your money!!!! Ugh

I am writing on behalf of my wife but she was surprised on how rude the person answering the phone was. Once we saw that 3 out of 6 reviews were of the same nature, we knew this is a problem. She is cancelling her visit as we speak. Very surprised how nasty a professional can be when answering a call.

Don't go there unless you like waiting for 2 hours and I was the first appointment of the day. Then they wouldn't refill my script. Left several messages and it ALWAYS goes to voice mail. Messed up office. Stay away!!!!!!!

This is the worst doctors office i have ever dealt with. from the receptionist to the doctor. The condition of the office and the attitude of the people. you feel like you are in Africa or some 3rd world country.

My experience with Dr. Beer was excellent, and her staff were really kind and helpful. My wait time was aprox 10 minutes 🙂

Never have I been to a doctor office that has been unprofessional as this place. Lack of communication between staff and doctors. Poor customer service and greedy.
