Had wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago. I was extremely nervous walking in. Shannon A. was the absolute best. She calmed me down and made me feel safe. I felt like I was in good hands with her. It likely would have been much different experience without her there.

I was asleep, but the doctors seems to have done the job I asked. Thanks for everything.

Went there today to get a tooth extracted. The staff was very professional. The doctor told me the process would only take 10 minutes. He did it in 5. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. He said I could bleed for up to 12 hours. I stopped bleeding in an hour. No swelling. Just a little soreness, but that's to be expected. Top notch service, and worth every cent. If you need dental work done, this is the place to go!

I visited the Trappe location on 8/7/24 and could not believe the lack of professionalism in this office. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. The lady at the front desk took at least 3 minutes to look up at me and did not even greet me. She was slurping a drink and finally looked up , without even saying anything. The oral surgeon I met with looked equally miserable and rattled off terms I couldn't even understand. The other lady at the desk came back with a treatment plan that would cost me close to 9,000 to have a tooth extracted!!!! Didn't go over what any of it meant, gave me no finance options, and was just as unprofessional as she giggled with another employee as we were walking out. I felt like the office was run by a group of teenagers.
This would not be the first time I was given unnecessary treatment options ....this office is notorious for doing this and my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau. My poor elderly parents come to this office as well and always leave dissatisfied. What an absolutely sad way to treat patients....
Needless to say, I will no longer be coming here and neither will my parents. I went to the North Wales location today and was received in a much more professional way and was explained everything in a kind , compassionate way ( as everyone should be treated).

Do not I mean do not go anywhere near this place they are unprofessional. They made me wait three weeks to see the doctor for my root canal that I was told I needed. The the day of my appointment witch I thought I was getting my root canal done the doctor looks at it and tells me you need a root canal . I said I know I waited for this appointment 3 Weeks and he said he had no time to do it. You have to be kidding me. Dammm this place stay away go somewhere else. They deserved zero stars . How dare you treat your patients like this. No morals. I will report them to the insurance.

The staff in the office are the best specially Larry!!! God bless him..he was so nice to me he explain all the post op step by step, eventhough I was so nervous he assured me that everything was going to be ok!!! Thank you Larry!!! I truly recommend it!!!

This has been the worse experience of my life, two visits About implants and get surgery and a week later at first visit realize they didn’t put implants in and now saying cuz I didn’t want them and pulled all my teeth at 43 years old right before holidays why would I ever pick pull 16 teeth just for loose dentures……. Please some one help me…… I’m handy caped ontop off this and thought finally at least I can smile again…….. I been crying every since and they just give additude saying it’s my fault cuz I didn’t double check but I talk with you for two visits why would I ever think you not going to do implants and I’m not the only one……this got to stop

Angel is the rudest person alive. She is unprofessional, I asked her to hold on why I grab a pen and she said that’s not how this works and hung up. So she has been reported to her boss and she like to pretend that she will refer you but they just want to leave early every Friday. They don’t tell you when you join but they have one 80 year old dentist that can do only root canals and it’s a 6 procedure process that they also don’t tell you. Waited four months for my root canal and they canceled because they wanted to leave early and have no other dentist available. Daniella the boss of all officers also is unprofessional and she gives out fake numbers to referrals. Shame on you Angel a patient is in pain and u treat ur patients like that. And your lying you are never open until 7 in Trapper ahhahahah the lies, shame shame shame. Also being reported to BBB!

Had 3 teeth pulled under sedation. Dr Kim is a pro. The IV nurse was wonderful. No pain. Also did my wife's extractions 8 months ago . Wonderful results.
