Dr Gutierrez is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever seen, he seemed to be in a great hurry to finish the consult and did not pay much attention to the problem I came to see him about. One expects the doctor to at least look clean but he appeared disheveled, untidy, unshaven and dirty. His office was a disgrace! The sink next to the area where they prepare for biopsy collection was dirty beyond belief, and crusty with filth!
I felt this office and the doctor are unsafe for medical practice.

Dr. Gutierrez is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life, the consultation lasted only two minutes and in that time he was rude, ill-mannered, unprofessional and totally insensitive to my case. The worst experience.

The scheduling process was fairly easy. A quick screening process through phone, and filled up new patient forms electronically.
However, Dr. Gutierrez was perhaps the worst interaction I have ever experienced in a medical office. I was a first time patient, and his consult lasted 3 minutes. He dictated his instructions to the nurse practitioner so quickly that once he left the room, the NP asked me if I have understood the some of the instructions he had given her. I was truly baffled by his unprofessional demeanor and lack of humanity. He wasn’t holding back in his need to get going (out of the office), as I overheard him saying it out loud as he was walking up and down the office’s halls.
So if you want to be treated as a piece of meat, he may be your Dr.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. To know that I walked out of an office crying from a man that saw me for maybe 4 minutes is unbelievable. Dr.Gutierrez lack professionalism and tactic towards his patients. Not once did he listened to my concerns, spoke loudly and even slammed the door upon his exit. Doctors forget that they are in service through the needs of us patients. It saddens me the disrespect of a Doctor who I waited for 3 weeks to see. In addition, I understand that he could maybe be having an off day but I am not to blame. Thank you Dr.Gutierrez for not assisting me nor listening to my concerns as I desperately needed. I have no idea why there are negative reviews for him. I was so scared to come here but had a completely opposite experience than most people. I was actually a half hour late to my appointment and they were super nice and understanding about it. I was in the waiting room for no longer than five minutes when they called me back. The assistant was super sweet. Within only three minutes the doctor came in. He smiled, introduced himself. He was very quick but yet thorough. You could tell he knows what he’s doing. He is not going to waste your time with Smalltalk. I liked him very much. He does not order things that you do not need. Please do not believe what people are saying about him. He kind of reminds me of a New Yorker if you know what I mean. No BS just the truth.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I experienced EXACTLY what the other patients giving 2 stars or less experienced. He was rude, condescending and generally unpleasant to speak with. Him and his nurse barely let me get a word in as he belittled me for coming into the office without having something he could culture/diagnose. When I was explaining my situation and why I came in he interrupted me and said I was being disrespectful and he wasn't going to help me. Him and his nurse didn't ever really seem to care to hear my whole story or what antibiotics I had already taken previously. Overall it was a pretty humiliating, frustrating, disappointing experience. And honestly, it seems to me like any of the reviews giving more than 2 stars is probably a paid review to boost his rating. I thought maybe I caught him on a bad day but after reading other reviews now I see that's just who he really is. He probably has a low wait room time and a flexible schedule because nobody wants to be his patient. Who would?!

Horrible doctor and bedside manner. Giving him 1 star is too generous. He didn’t even spend a whole minute with my father. We were out of there in less than 20 minutes. He was unclear with his instructions and I had to find him before we left to clarify. Come to find out, the prescription he told me he ordered was never ordered (probably because he didn’t even know which patient I was talking about). This doctor and practice is more concerned about quantity over quality. If you are looking for a doctor who is competent and compassionate, Dr. Gutierrez is NOT the one. I strongly encourage anyone seeking a dermatologist to go elsewhere. Shame on him!

STAY AWAY FROM AMPARO GUTIERREZ. Amparo does not deserve the title of doctor. She was narcissistic, arrogant, demeaning and uneducated. She told me everything was in my head and caused by extreme anxiety. She never looked at my files. I live with chronic genetic conditions and have multiple specialists who oversee my care. I am blessed to have doctors who believed in me, listened to me and became part of my health care team. Amparo is not one of those doctors. She did not even get inside the room before she started with sarcastic remarks ending with everything was in my head and I was not diagnosed with anything but anxiety. She left by throwing a piece of paper at her checkout staff member while making reference to my referral. I did not deserve the treatment she gave to me, but even more so, her staff did not deserve the treatment she gave to them. I had the ability to tell Amparo her behavior was disheartening to say the least and I was ending my appointment with her. I had the ability to walk out and go home. Her staff does not have that ability and their lives depend on their paychecks. I made sure to let her staff know they were all amazing. The staff at both the Gore office and the Osceola office were top notch. You couldn't ask for a better clerical staff. My heart breaks for them because they are stuck with Amparo on a daily basis. I called both Orlando Health's Corporate office and Cigna while still sitting in the parking lot. I filed an ethics complaint on Amparo with both companies. I will be disputing my 50 dollar copay with my bank. I pray Orlando Health looks at the online reviews of Amparo and puts her through additional training in regards to how she treats her patients. Anyone can get a degree but not everyone can be a great doctor. NO PATIENT SHOULD EVER BE TREATED THIS WAY. Amparo had two choices, one to be a good doctor and one to be a narcissistic, arrogant and demeaning doctor. Amparo chose to be the latter. My review does not stand alone. Please read all the reviews on Amparo and remember our experiences if you decide to schedule an appointment with her. I highly advise against making her part of your medical team.There are too many good doctors out there to choose ones like Amparo.
