Dr Sierra is awesome, very attentive and compassionate,. She will take the time to talk to you and even call you if you need her to, I'm very impressed with her. However, unfortunately the staff has not been as friendly or as helpful, I was hung up on several times and then transferred around to different people only to be told no one could help me,, that I would simply have to " wait and see " this was for a referral I needed 2 weeks ago that they never sent, and when they finally did it was incorrect and I found out the same day of my other app. So I needed help asap..as a result I lost the appt with the other Dr.I'm hoping this was just one incident as I do like the office, just not this particular time . Very disappointing

One star because i cannot put 0… worst place ever, not respect for patients. Over 3 hours waiting to get a procedure done while fasting for a whole day and a half. Appointment was at 11:30, I showed up at 11 and walked away at 2pm canceling all my upcoming visits and exams. They kept on telling me 15 minutes, 20 minutes and nothing.

PLEASE FIND A REAL DOCTOR THAT CARES FOR THEIR PATIENTS. This people are ridiculous.

Dr. Victor Pina is the most unprofessional and rude doctor i have ever dealt with. His sarcastic comments and really bad jokes left me in shock. First time patient and last time i will visit this place due to his rudeness. Paid for a specialist visit and he had nothing good to tell or even check me. Terrible service and terrible doctor.

He was very rude ,sarcastic and his unprofessional attitude left much to be desired! I am very sad and dissapointed because he treated me and my son horrible since the moment we walked through the door. Dr. Pina seemed to be bothered with our presence! He does not want to see patients.
