Wrong Diagnosis, two injections, second Injection at the US1 OFFICE, the nurse got very upset, I would not let her squeeze my hand, it hurt. She filled the sirenge with medicine from three different bottles, then stormed out of the room. I took the he injection, hoping that she did in it do something nefarious. I bled from the injection for several days, and hurt for several weeks. Now at the injection site, there is a discoloration of the skin, a lump starting to form. Horrific. Will consider a Malpractice Lawsuit.

My first visit with Dr.Fort.
He was very professional and friendly. Explained my condition and options very well

The secretary could be a little friendlier .
The check in employees outside the UM need a bit more training in their bedside manners

She was helping me while talking to another employee, not friendly at all

Highly recommend!! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I’m extremely happy with my visit. Dr. Fort has the best “bedside manner” for any Dr I’ve seen in a long time. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. He and his staff were amazing!!

Side-effects of injection apaplied to relieve trigger thumb of right hand were NOT discussed with me, as it says in the Visit Notes from 12/29/22. NO side-effects were mentioned by the physician or his assistant. I wish these side-effects had been mentioned and discussed. I am very upset about this.
