Today I had appointment with Dr Muller but my son was in such pain I told him to go in my place. They wouldn’t see him even though he was in horrible pain. I think this is very unprofessional and lack empathy for her patients. Sorry but this says a lot about the doctor and her staff

Estoy muy decepcionado con este consultorio. Hemos estado esperando casi 2 horas, y la señora a nuestro lado lleva más de 2 horas sin ser atendida. Nadie ha salido a darnos actualizaciones ni a preguntar si necesitamos el baño. El personal de recepción se va a almorzar de 12 a 1:30 PM, y para usar el baño necesitas una llave. Sin embargo, no responden cuando tocas la puerta. Tuvimos que esperar a que un paciente terminara su cita para poder entrar. Esto es preocupante, sobre todo con pacientes mayores esperando. Tampoco nos informaron que estaban retrasados con las citas, lo que nos dejó esperando sin saber cuánto tiempo más estaríamos ahí. Esta cita fue programada hace 5 meses, y la falta de profesionalismo es increíble. Yo trabajo después de esto y no voy a tener tiempo a comer. Estoy que me desmayo aquí. Traigan comida.

I’m extremely disappointed with this doctor’s office. We’ve been waiting for nearly 2 hours, and the lady next to us has been here for over 2 hours without being seen. No one has come out to provide updates or check on us, not even to ask if we need to use the restroom. The front desk staff disappears for lunch from 12-1:30 PM, and during that time, if you need to use the bathroom, you need a key. However, no one answers the door when you knock. We had to wait for someone to leave their appointment just to get access to the restroom. It’s especially troubling given that many elderly patients are in the waiting room. We also weren’t told they were running behind schedule, leaving us in the dark for hours. This appointment has been scheduled for 5 months, and the lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. I have to drop my grandma off after this, we were supposed to grab lunch which we won’t have time for anymore and I won’t even have time to grab food before I have to go into work by the looks of it. Plan to eat before an appointment here.

This rating is about Dr.Mueller’s office staff. They are horrible! They have zero compassion for the patients. I was denied seeing the doctor because I had two insurances instead of one. It was an error on the part of my previous insurance. The point is that I had insurance, yet they would not let me see the doctor despite my crying that I was in pain and had driven an hour for my appointment. They rarely answer the phones and when they do, they rudely put you on hold and leave you there for long periods (22 minutes my longest wait). They are just plain rude!

This group is very professional, compassionate and organize. I have been treating with Dr Mueller for about 10 years. Dr Mueller is an excellent physician very knowledgeable. I have no complaints. I highly recommend Dr Mueller and the staff. They are an amazing group of people.

This is in reference to the staff. The doctor should consider replacing the receptionist and the person who receives the referrals. Also for after waiting for this appt since November 2022. They would not accept a few minutes late because of traffic. The receptionists said I had to reschedule and there was nothing until May 2023. This is bad 01,2023

No la recomiendo .Estuve atendiéndome con ella x un año .Tengo arthritis Remathoidea y Lupos y Ella tendrá título pero para ser Dr se necesita mucho más su falta de sensibilidad y sus respuestas eran inaceptables. Llevo más de 32 años diagnosticada por lo que he conocido más especialistas y gracias a Dios no han sido como ella.
