I don’t usually write reviews but for the amazing service M & F provides, I had to. I own a party rental and majority of our business comes from renting out our linens. For a long time we cleaned our own linens but once our business started picking up, doing our own laundry became a headache. John from M & F called me at the perfect time. I was already in the need for laundry service, so I though I should give it a try. Best decision ever! We’ve work with these guys for a month now and I am so happy they called me. The piece of mind that they bring to me is well worth it. I don’t have to worry about having clean linens anymore. My mind is at ease knowing they got my back. Thank you boys!

Thank you M & F for making sure all my linens are perfect for my customers. I just started using these guys for my linen rental business and can’t imagine why I didn’t find them before they found me. The service is exceptional and quality is unmatched by any other company I’ve tried. They promised both me and my customers would noticed the difference and they were right! I finally get feedback from my customers on how well my linens look. I keep all my reviews honest, that being said, the best part of M & F is that they are willing to tweak anything for their customers. The first attempt was great quality just didn’t like that my linen wasn’t labeled and sure enough one phone call was all it took. It was literally a 1 minute convo. Told them where I’m called from and what changes I would like and just like that it was done. My next delivery and every delivery after have been amazing! The last laundry I was worked with never took my feedback and was not willing to change anything. No delivery date or time change and definitely was not willing to label my items. It was either their way or the highway. Can’t believe I put up with that for so long. Thank you John for reaching out to me and offering your amazing service!!

What a great Place finally a laundry that does not rip your cloths and you off at the same time!

We were looking out for a laundry that is affordable and honest. After trying out many and actually being cheated by many launderers we came across M&F. Harry was fantastic he was helpful and advised us on what we needed to do with our cloths. He recommended the ones that needed to dry cleaning and the ones that just needed to be washed and pressed. He saved us a bunch of money and has secured our repeat business to him. We have recommended them to Friends and Family. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Oh and BTW these guys offer wholesale price for retail!!!! They are in essence wholesalers. Thanks Harry!

When disaster hits “Bed Bugs” never thought a cleaners company will have so much input and prompt information to exact steps I should take! Harry explained everything I had to do step by step and quickly set up a pick up time! I gotta say customer service is outstanding along with high quality service! Completely satifised customer! We recently started working with M and F Laundry service and we are well pleased. Our linen is always returned clean and neatly pressed. We service high-end clients that are very picky about their laundry and dry cleaning. With our pervious service provider, we would receive multiple complains about the quality. Since we switched over to M and F all our problems disappeared. I love using M and F because they keep our customers satisfied.

I operate a small boutique hotel in Calabasas. It is very crucial our linens are clean, pressed, and white for our guests. We offer fine linen to our guest and renting some cheap linen that's been rotating from different hotels is out of the questions. We decided to purchase our own lavish linen and find a company that could service it for us. After a few searches, I came across M & F Laundry.
I run a tight shift and I am not easy to satisfy when it comes to managing my hotel. Everything and everyone needs to be on top of their game. There is no room for error and I will not be made a fool of in-front of my guests or social media because we overlooked a detail. That being said, I have been dealing with a gentleman named Harry for the past 2 years and have been very pleased with his service. He is on top of the staff and clients and is always ready to make changes on the dime to satisfy our needs. If there is a issue with our linen or delivery schedule he will personally notify me with plenty of time at hand to come up with solutions.
I enjoy working with Harry because I can call his personal cell phone anytime of the day and he will take my call and answer any questions or requests I have. If he doesn't know the answer to my question, he will let me know instead of giving me some BS over the phone just to get me off the line. He tells me he doesn't know the answer to that questions and would love to call me back after asking the correct professionals.
The recognition we get from our guests on our freshly pressed sheets and duvet covers is validation we are working with the right company. The amazingly clean white towels and robes show our guests we are serious about our linen service. Harry and his staff make sure we get the most use out of each piece and if it is not up to our standard then they will separate them and notify me so I can be on top of my linen supply. In the 2 years I've been working with M & F, I haver never been short on our linen supply. Thank you to everyone at M & F that is constantly making sure our linens are well stocked and up to our standards.

Sucks, not only did it not clean my clothes it had yellow stains on it afterwards.
