From the jump, I could tell this place would take care of my car repair...Worked with Luis (& team) who is extremely professional, assured me my car would be as good as new. Needed repainting after my car was scratched throughout the vehicle! They finished on time and the car looks like new! I'm feeling wonderful about the whole experience. Work with this company...Couldn't be happier!!

After taking my car for an estimate at 10 am since they told me they only work by appointment, my contact info was double -checked and I was told that I would get an email later in the afternoon with the price of the repairs. I never heard from the woman who took the pictures so I called back 6 days later and she answered '' I am working on it today" . I have yet to hear from her after that.
I am getting the car fixed and painted by another company who
in 15 minutes gave me a printed price with the break down of the
cost of the body labor, paint labor, paint supplies and parts.
The job is at least $3,000.00
So I don't get why I was ignored especially since I am paying to get the job done and they don't have to deal with an insurance company.

My mother took her car here because someone stole her tire. All she needs is a new rim and tire. It's been 1 week and she hasn't gotten her car back! When she calls they give her the run around this is ridiculous their is no way that it takes 1 week to get this replaced! Horrible services I do not recommend taking your car here what a joke!

A&M Auto Collision is an amazing place to get you vehicle serviced, my first time there I met Luis who was professional, polite, and genuinely want to make it as hassle-free as possible. Luis even tried to help me with my rental company when I needed a replacement. The other woman I spoke with was Lauren who was equally as professional, always returned my calls within about an hour. Lastly, y’all almost made me cry when I saw my baby again, she looked brand new! Thank you for your excellent service A&M Auto Collision.
