Overall poor experience with two installations by this company. M&M installed defective tile in our new build in 2022. The defects were easily visible and should have been noticed and never installed in the first place. To keep a long story short, we decided the best fix was to have M&M install vinyl plank to avoid any cosmetic issues that we expected to occur with replacing over 100 individual defective tiles throughout our home. Unfortunately, the vinyl was installed poorly over our existing tile and you can feel and hear it flexing underfoot when walking. It feels and sounds very cheap even though we chose a high-end product. I also worry about the longevity of the floor with all the flexing, as the connections between the planks can become weak over time and break. They will not fix it, as they say this flexing is a "characteristic of the floor". All we wanted was a nice, new, high-quality floor like you would expect with a new-build home (and that's what we paid for), but that was never delivered by this company. Not only did we lose the money we spent on upgraded tile, but we also lost $7k on the vinyl plank trying to make things "right". Also it took 9 months of repeated calls and emails to finally get a warranty person to come out and assess the vinyl plank issues. Once you've made your final payment, good luck getting them to help you.

This showroom manager Glen is very welcoming. I came in looking for tile for my back porch. Also, I have never in my life lived in a home with tile, and have little knowledge about tile. Glen answered all my questions in a profession manner and was very respectful. He helped me pick beautiful tile make in Italy. My installer said that the tile I choose was extremely high quality and I got it at a really good price. He even said that he was going to send his future customers to M&M because of the high quality tile and reasonable prices. I later went back and purchased tile for my bathroom which I love. Thank you Glen for the wonderful experience at M&M! I will definitely be back!

The Showroom is not open on Mondays, so knowing that is helpful when shopping. Tuesday thru Saturday.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly and comfortable area to see samples, which can be taken home to match your colors.
I've been very happy every time I've gone in.

Needed some tile repair to fix drainage issue on our balcony and the job was performed efficiently, corrected the issue. Installer carefully removed tile without damaging underlying waterproofingand established appropriate drainage flow. thanks
