I came from Toronto, on vacation. I was very excited that doctor Janelle Vega had a cancellation, I went in to dissolve some old fillers I had in my cheek and cheek bone area.
She told me the only way of removing it was to go through the eye with a canola, but I didn’t want my under eyes to be removed. She told me that was the only way of removing my cheek and cheek bone fillers.
How does dissolving the eye have to do with my cheeks.
she said not a big deal if you loss volume just fill your under eyes with filler. Why would I add new fillers when I was happy with my old ones.
She Just made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I kept telling her to dissolve directly on my cheek not my eyes. I trusted her and now my under eyes are so hollow, I look 10 years older.
which I never had a problem with and of course it did nothing to my problem area which was my cheek,
The funny part was they wanted 900 dollars more to fix my hallow eye problem. Maybe that’s what her intention was from the beginning.
I just don’t understand why she couldn’t dissolve my cheek, and see how that would have looked now I have a bigger problem which is going to cost me double the price to fix it.
I did find out from other doctors that my issue should have been resolved from the cheek not the eyes.
Ladies please go somewhere else. She’s not very nice at all.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vega for over 10 years. I always went in looking for a major overhaul and she would always say...“small tweaks are always better.” I didn’t get it at age 33 because I was so afraid of aging. But now at 44 I am so grateful that she has helped me maintain a natural appearance without looking overdone! She is amazingly talented and has a clear vision of what looks good and natural on her patients. She has always kept my best interest in mind. Thank you Dr. Vega!

Dr. Vega is fantastic! She doesn’t have time to sit and chat because she is busy; but she listens, explains, and has great manners. She’s very professional, meticulous, and excellent at every procedure. They are a little expensive; but, just don’t trust anyone else after being with the best. I’ve been going to her for many years.

Arrogant and rude are an understatement! Dr. Vega had the bedside manner of an ice queen.. I waited two weeks to get an appointment (no problem) Came in on time with my paper work pre-registered online (as required) waited an hour in a half to be seen (still ok) until she came into the room
With this very (I’m so board with this job attitude) and two assistants behind her. Super uncomfortable. I had to leave. Charm school would serve Dr. Vega well.

$175 dollars for a 15 minute "facial"... what a disappointment. Made an appointment for my mother and I to get facials after following Dr. Janelle Vega on various media platforms. Thinking that I would be value as a customer, I was completely underwhelmed and taken advantage of. Little information was given before, during and after the process and after wasting $350, I will not recommend or refer to any of my friends or family.

I was going to my dermatologist for about 2 years now and getting treatments at the office, but after following Dr. Vega on IG I decided to go in for Botox with her to try another Doctor out. It was my first appt on a Tuesday which to my understanding is the non-cosmetic appt day and I waited for an hour before being brought into the room. Once there they asked by the lady who took me into the wrong what I was there for and I said I wanted Botox injections. She told me that Tuesday’s are not for Botox, I explained no one ever told me that as a first time patient I had waited over an hour in waiting room, she said that she would see what Dr Vega would do. Dr Vega is very pleasant and asked what I wanted and I told her Botox on #11 and she suggested also doing it on my forehead and around eyes and I agreed after she convinced me. I left and also got a prescription for eczema and a RetinA cram that they sold me there. When I paid I didn’t get itemized bill which I normally have, I mean you want to know what you just spent close to $800 on right? I didn’t get it but then emailed requesting and they sent it to me. At check out I was leaving and the person who charged me forgot to schedule me for my follow up appt. so I walked back in and told her and she scheduled me and said they would call me to remind me about my appt. NO ONE ever called so I followed up at 3 weeks post Botox and they said I missed my appt. and it was confirmed which is not true. Im on top of my calendar, no one called me and i didn’t confirm any appt. After much attempt to get follow up appt because the Botox injected must have been too diluted or not enough units because she wanted to put more on forehead which isn’t what i went there for in first place they said they were sorry but that she’s conservative on here first time patients! Well that would have been nice to know! I was on a room with a Dr and two assistants and no one told me this. Nor was it told when I made my appt.?

Moral of story I paid $800 for something I am definitely not content with and no attempt to correct, help etc was made other than you’d have to come in for more units. No thanks. I’ll stick to the office I should have never left from!
